The idea of building your own small house, living self-sufficiently and independently and to a large extent as a self-supporter in the countryside seems to be a tantalising dream for many young people. But is this dream realisable? What path do you have to take to be able to live ecologically, responsibly and yet enjoyably? The film AUTARKE TINY HOUSES explores these and other questions. As part of a long-term observation, it portrays representatives of climate youth in Switzerland who are in search of a sustainable and satisfying life.
