Street scenes, night. A time bomb, a brawl, a prostitute waiting for customers. David with a picture of the Mona Lisa. Two young men are trying to make a film. The bomb is ticking. The crisis-ridden Statue of Liberty is being transported away. A collage featuring the political figures of the time, including Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan, Helmut Kohl, Picasso and others.
